Did you know you can submit and track your health care, vision care and dental care claims via the BPA eClaims app and website? Get started by downloading the BPA eClaims app on your phone (available through the App Store or Google Play) or by visiting www.bpaeclaims.ca on your computer! If you prefer submitting your claims by mail, fax or email, you can request a paper form from your plan administrator (BPA).
