There are a number of tasks you need to complete as a Member of the Plan. In this section you will find samples of the various forms that need to be completed. In completing tasks you are responsible for getting your own independent legal and financial planning advice.
In addition, should you need further assistance the Board of Trustees has appointed Benefit Plan Administrators Limited as the administrative agent for the Plan. Questions concerning the day-to-day operations of the Plan can be directed to them.
